Late yesterday, the WOE used his pathetic Twitter facsimile (called Truth Social) to dangle the tantalizing possibility that he would make a major announcement, which stimulated discussion about what would come next. At least 99% of the time, if WOE announces an announcement is forthcoming, it will involve another of his cash-raising scams. This time is no different.
There probably aren't three MAGA Monkeys in the House who could be accurately described as decent, intelligent human beings, but if there are some (unlikely), they should remember that Democrats have the Senate majority now, and there are committees in the Senate too.
Added 6:39 PM: Members of the U.S. Senate hold their seats by winning statewide elections, which is fairly easy in some of the mostly rural red states like Idaho or Wyoming, but less so in red states with large blue metropolitan areas like Georgia and Arizona. In the House, most of the worst MAGA Monkeys only need to win districts that are drawn specifically to ensure the reelection of the incumbent, in which being a worthless asshole isn't particularly a drawback. This difference possibly explains why some red state Senators aren't putting up with some of the crap the House MAGA Monkeys are wasting time on.
