Former pussydent (sic) Donhole Dumpster is trying to run on both sides of every issue in the coming election, especially abortion and his Project 2025 agenda. Does the ignorant waste of shit really believe this approach can succeed?

It's been about 44 months since Donhole had the authority of a U.S. pussydent (sic) that could allow him to demand certain congressional actions. Do you think somebody should break the news to him?

Doesn't it seem weird that every time Donhole comments on America, he describes the nation as though it's one of the worst places on earth? He never has anything positive about U.S.A. on his mind.

Has Donhole ever been able to prove that any of his assertions are true? As a malignant narcissist, he believes human perfection automatically makes everything he says correct, just because.

If the conservative press organizations (corporate media) were all closed down immediately, wouldn't the positive results be substantially greater than any negative ones?

It's Always Best To Be Prepared

TRashdUMP is basically ruled by dumpy old Dudu Assholini, the waste of turds who's only capable when it comes to skill as a con artist, ripping off all those MAGA morons who are too fucking stupid to pity.

Assholini can't win any elections honestly (without Russian interference), so he and his accomplices have been conspiring since 2021 to steal the election that will be won by Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in November. Being led by a hopeless mental case whose only major success was playing a business tycoon in a popular TV reality show years ago, the members of the conspiracy have made no effort to conceal their plans. This enables the smart people to organize the resources that will be needed to blow Assholini's election theft plans out of the water.

Q NOTES # 813: A Really Big Shew?

The best way to grab the undivided attention of Americans is to give them something exciting to watch on television, which explains the manner in which the House January 6 investigating committee plans to present its public hearings this month.

Trumplickans pretend they see no difference between having a personal opinion about the outcome of an election, and participating in a seditious conspiracy to overturn the result of the election. They're either pretending, or they're too stupid to be running around loose among decent American citizens.

Trumplickans also pretend to believe the price of gasoline is more important to voters than the threat of replacing democracy with a fascist dictatorship. This is wishful thinking carried to its extreme, though it's probably true for hardcore MAGA maggots in red areas.

Party leaders will work overtime to keep the dullards and dimwits who elect them from thinking too much about what they'll be seeing and hearing on the TV this month.

Q NOTES # 723: Rainy Days

Rainy mornings like the one I'm coping with today put me in a gloomy mood. Since I can't do my usual outdoor stuff, I piddle away a few hours on the internet, looking for news that could improve my attitude. One report that did the trick concerns the rough start that Donnie Pisspuddle's new social media operation is experiencing. It would be comforting to know that whatever remains of Donnie's life will be a steady stream of misery and disappointment.

While sewage is oozing through cracks in the foundation of Pisspuddle's world, things have been getting brighter for Joe since his State of the Union address. Anything that's good for Joe is also good for the Democratic Party as a whole, and infuriating for all Trumpunklicans.

Speaking of Trumpunklicans, some of them are making panic threats about political warfare if (when) the House 1/6 committee refers Pisspuddle's case to the Department of Justice for actual criminal investigation. Those clowns desperately need a media narrative that Donnie being punished for seditious conspiracy equals doomsday for Democrats. Different day, same old shit.   

Same day 11:44 PM: Final thought. A few years ago, we watched as Putin led Pisspuddle around like a miniature poodle on a leash. Back then, we knew Pisspuddle was an incompetent, unqualified sociopath with serious ego issues. Putin looked like a shrewd operator compared to the guy sniffing his butt. Now we're getting a clearer look at Putin, and maybe we overestimated him because he was being compared to a mediocre TV reality show host.

Q NOTES # 660: Short Cuts 84

There are more reasons to despise worthless political hack Greg A Butt than I can count, but another one has emerged. A Butt has done more than any other single person in Texas to ensure that every COVID variant has unrestricted access to every person in the state, and now that his (lack of) efforts have exploded in his face, he's demanding handouts and assistance from the federal government. This disgusting display perfectly illustrates the reason Trumplicans should never be allowed to hold any elected office at any level of government.

Donnie Pudd apparently believes the freedom of speech protected by the Constitution entitles him to a Twitter account with no restrictions. It's almost impossible to believe any asshole that ignorant could ever sit in the White House as a so-called precedent (sic) for four hours, much less four years. Now he insists that all the Pudd duds in his audience cancel their own Twitter accounts. Let's see how that works out.

Pudd has scrubbed his much-anticipated Mar-a-Loogie press conference on January 6th, 2022. He presented a list of reasons for the cancellation (s.o.s.), but the real reason is probably that legitimate news media operations would've ignored him completely as an irrelevant bullshit salesman. For disappointed Pudd duds, Donnie promised to cover the same tired old grievances at another "rally" later in the month. 

While we're discussing stuff that thoroughly chaps my ass, I'm partly amused and mostly disgusted by January 6th insurrection terrorists wallowing in self-pity because decent, civilized people are glad to see them behind bars. They should have listened when their mamas told them, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime."

Running Scared

Fortunately for fat Assolini, there are other people with the willingness and resources to foot the bill for his legal fees, because he's now doing that thing he always does: filing a lawsuit to escape being held accountable for his numerous crimes & misdemeanors. 

On the other side, it appears that many Democrats are preparing for complete surrender after Joe Manchin dropped his latest bombshell about single-handedly killing BBB, which (according to the mainstream media) is equivalent to ending the Biden presidency, restoring Trumplican control of Congress next year, and probably returning Dummito Assolini to the White House in 2025, with the end of democracy in America occurring soon thereafter.

Gym Jordan was on Fox News, whining about the 1/6 Committee Democrats weaponizing government against their political enemies. Was Gym comatose during Dummito's term in the White House, or does he simply know Fox News viewers are so stupid, they'll believe anything they hear on that channel?

Digby @ Hullabaloo: The national media was fascinated by Assolini because he gave them a goddamned TV reality show that (to them) was so bad it was good, instead of a principled, competent and effective presidency. By their current standards of what makes the news fun, Joe can't measure up. That's another sad statement about how rapidly the United States was debased and degraded by a rotten sociopath. 

Dummito Assolini snapped his fingers twice and Anthony Kennedy retired, opening up an extra Supreme Court seat for Assolini to fill. There's a lesson there that Stephen Breyer hasn't learned yet, and needs to.

How fucked up are Trumplicans? Here's a hint: Most of them voted against a bill that should have been passed in the House with unanimous bipartisan support. 

Every major mainstream media outlet should eliminate its emphasis on negative views of the economy, and shift its focus to what Trumplicans are currently doing to replace America's system of government with fascism. 

Idle pastime for this afternoon? That would probably be trying to guess the exact number of people, starting with Dummito Assolini, who should spend at least five years in a federal penitentiary for their involvement in the 1/6 conspiracy to overthrow the government. My first guess was at least a dozen, but I probably underestimated the size of the gang. Every member of Congress who was in on the plan should be among those arrested first.

The blue states strike back, or, two can play that game, motherfuckers. 

Suggested blue state laws? 

A) Sale of handgun(s), minimum damages $50,000 per weapon. Second offense, damages $100,000 per weapon, increasing to $250,000 for each subsequent offense. Sale of AR-15 or other military-style weapon, minimum damages $250,000. All subsequent offenses, minimum damages $1,000,000 per offense, plus court costs and legal fees.

B) Discrimination in hiring, employment, or delivery of services based on religious beliefs, first offense minimum damages $750,000, increasing to $1,500,000 per each subsequent violation. All court costs and legal fees added to damage award.

Added 11:08 AM Sunday: The primary focus for Joe and the Democratic Party in 2022 needs to be protection of voting rights and preserving America. 

The key to contentment and peace of mind potentially lies in completely ignoring what Dummito Assolini and his deplorable disciples are doing. The downside to ignoring them is that your peace of mind will be temporary.

Something that's showing up in the news recently is the constant complaining by Trumplicans about liberals. For example, their latest gripe is that liberals are too intolerant, especially when it comes to them. Followers of Donno Guano say they don't understand why liberals despise them so much. Personally, I have a hard time believing those goobers really are too dense to figure out the answer to that question (Why do they hate us so much?)

I'd like to ask them to name a single Trumplican attribute that I should respect.

Q NOTES # 620: The Worst of the Worst

A quiet Thanksgiving today, with cold, dreary weather keeping me indoors so far.  I'm hoping for a little sunshine soon.

When I'm bored and just killing time, I sometimes let my imagination take over. For instance, I make mental lists of things like this: the twenty Trumplicans I'd most like to see sentenced to fifty years in prison without possibility of parole.

Most names on the list change from day to day, depending on what I've read in the news recently, but a few names are always in the top twenty: Dimito Assolini himself, of course, is always number one, followed by Moscow Mitch, Rafael (Ted) Cruz, and Louie Gohmert in no particular order. Another name that almost always makes the top five is Stephen Miller, who played Goebbels to Assolini's Hitler when both were part of the White House infestation. Miller is still churning out fascist propaganda, and is beyond redemption.

Update 3:48 PM: Reminder to trump humpers everywhere - be careful what you ask for because you may actually get it.

Q NOTES # 615: Tough Breaks

As we approach Thanksgiving week, I can still find stuff to be thankful for. To be honest though, it's gotten increasingly difficult since 2016. Five years of an essentially unaccountable Dimito Assolini has made my world a much uglier place to live in.

It doesn't take long for a psycho like Assolini to damage or destroy everything when the usual restraints fail. Unfortunately, it takes a long time to repair and rebuild after responsible adults take charge again.

Kevin (Slinky) McCarthy and Moscow Mitch are among the notable butt-sniffers when it comes to coddling Dimito Assolini, but they ain't gettin' no gratitude whatsoever.

PS: House Speaker Gym Jordan? Think about a turd in the punch bowl like that for a second.

Those poor MAGA morons in Virginia are starting to believe they may have elected a RINO in Youngkin. Remember that this was the guy endorsed by Assolini himself.

Gun-crazy right-wing lunatics are apparently convinced the verdict in the Rittenhouse trial establishes a binding legal precedent allowing them to fire at will. Take cover.

Crime & Punishment & Related Tidbits

Much of the news reported at the places I look for news is depressing, which is to be expected since nearly everything concerns crap that Trumplicans are involved in. Here's a short list of things that got my attention since Monday:

Steve Bannon, who looks like an overweight escapee from a garbage dump, checked in to make his arrest official, and did the predictable song-and-dance routine with a little phony macho man belligerence thrown in for extra flavor. These made-for-TV camera performances are always intended to create an impression that the persons being arrested just got the big wins they were aiming for. In this case, gullible mainstream media reporting suggests foolishness like "Bannon's arrest spells trouble for Democrats."

Another bad actor in the January 6th insurrection is known on the Internet as QAnon Shaman, that weird lunatic who showed up in face paint and some type of horned headdress. He just received a sentence of 41 months in the hoosegow. 

Trumplicans in Washington believe current economic trends will be a huge advantage for their so-called party in the midterm elections. To the extent that a prolonged COVID pandemic is a drag on the economy, Trumplicans are doing everything possible to extend COVID misery and make life worse for middle America - more predictable conduct. A careful look at where Trumplicans are headed makes it obvious they want to replace American democracy with fascist authoritarianism. Even when they were still plain old Republicans, those assholes opposed anything that would improve life for a majority of Americans.

Rep. Paul Gosar, an Arizona Trumplican, is a specimen of human depravity whose existence was obscure until Dimito Assolini lost the 2020 election. Gosar then appeared on the media circuit as one of the turds hawking the Big Lie that the election was stolen. Since the 1/6 domestic terrorism, Gosar has competed with Empty Greene and Bim Boebert for recognition as the most disgusting Assolini butt sniffer. Today he's been censured by the House for gross misconduct, and will be removed from committee assignments.

Numbers Games: Grim Reaper Edition

Recent studies show that in red areas, the COVID death rate is significantly higher than the rate in blue areas. Presumably, this is one result of the different levels of willingness to be vaccinated between areas that are heavily influenced by Dimito Assolini and areas where sanity and common sense prevail. I can live with this.

Am I reading this correctly? Is it possible that Ohio Trumplicans are redistricting Gym Jordan out of Congress? If so, can I legitimately consider this a minor act of atonement?

Another one bit the dust. Assolini is always huffing & puffing and making big scary threats about what he's going to do to punish people who don't sniff his butt constantly. A classic example is that noise he made about leaving the Trumplican Party, and starting his own third party. 

If it had happened, it would've been the blessing I've been hoping for. Instead, Assolini went 100% chickenshit, the way he always does, after he got a taste of push-back from the pros.

Rafael (Ted) Cruz, one of the sleaziest wastes of space Texas has ever produced, decided to launch a Twitter attack on Big Bird, a Sesame Street character. Now he's being ridiculed by sensible people. It reflects poorly on Texas that most voters chose this asshole to serve them in the Senate.

Closing thought for today: Dimito Assolini is keeping the Trumplican party in chaos. That's a refreshing change from those four dreary years when he kept the whole country in chaos.

Scorekeeping Update

There are a limited number of decent human beings in what was formerly known as the Republican Party, which makes Colin Powell's death more tragic. I admired him until he made the mistake of accepting the Secretary of State position during Bush 43's first term. As one of possibly three Republicans who was widely considered to be honorable and capable, his credibility was needed to sell the PNAC agenda (invasion of Iraq) based on non-existent WMD. Though I felt betrayed at the time, Powell redeemed himself later by supporting Barack Obama, and being rejected by people who are now Trumplicans.

Q NOTES # 568: Short Cuts 59

There have been a few times in recent years when I needed the expertise of attorneys to guide me through matters like the legal disposition of an estate, and I always appreciated their service (which never came cheap). So I understand the need for lawyers generally, but there's no need in a civilized society for lawyers like this Eastman asshole, whose only service is feeding a fat bastard like Dummito Assolini the information he wants to hear.

When I joined Facebook several years ago, I did it because it looked like a great way to keep up with what my kids were doing (and later, what my kids and their kids were doing). Gradually, I've realized I have less and less use for Facebook in my life, and I can't see any personal downside if the whole operation shuttered the windows and locked the doors for good.

Added 6:01 PM Tuesday: One of the thousands of things that I despise about Dummito Assolini is his inability to just STFU. Strangely enough, his refusal to STFU may eventually be something to be thankful for.

The Texas Tribune reports that Trumplicans want more control over elections, even in counties where Dummito Assolini received 80 percent of the vote. Obviously, these mental defectives are crazier than hell.

Desperately seeking money, Assolini has decided that Make America Great Again Again will enable him to sell new red caps with the MAGAA logo to brain-dead yahoos who bought the original MAGA caps. It's fair to say that without millions of Americans who are stupider than shit, there could be no Dummito Assolini.

Q NOTES # 554: Short Cuts 51

Some news this morning: Insurance companies are ending waivers of co-pays and/or deductibles for COVID treatment. It'll be cheaper to get the free vaccinations and stay out of the hospital in the first place, but who knows if this will sink in with the anti-vax crowd. If they still refuse, they'll find out their "freedom" comes with a price tag attached.

The former guy, Pizza Krapp, is apparently working against Moscow Mitch, which could give Democrats an advantage in next year's midterm elections. More @ Daily Kos. By the time Trumplicans acknowledge that Krapp doesn't care about any agenda but his personal ego gratification, it may be too late.

This is bad, and some heads should roll. There's no good reason apparent to me why former guy shouldn't be in prison, joined by every one of his accomplices.

Added 1:20 PM Tuesday: The newest Texas anti-abortion law is the kind of poorly designed horseshit that the dumbass Trumplicans who run the state are famous for. 

Let's be clear about one thing: Assholes who could be vaccinated and choose not to be should NEVER be at the front of the line for treatment if (when) they get infected. Rewarding stupidity only produces more stupidity.

Q NOTES # 544: Short Cuts 47

Maybe getting sicker than shit, then being pulled off death's doorstep, is more effective than all the arguments sane people can make to persuade the anti-mask, anti-vaccine dead end losers. 

We can always know when Joe's doing something right: Right-wing media will go ape-shit crazy, screaming about tyranny (after ignoring four years of Donny Dump's malfeasance and abuse of power). Joe is using his executive authority to require certain organizations to implement vaccine/testing protocols. The same assholes who prohibit abortions are insisting that getting the COVID vaccination should be a personal private matter between a citizen and his (or her) physician. 

Here's the bottom line: Trumplicans realize they can't defeat Joe when nearly 60 percent of Americans like what he's doing for the country. If his handling of the pandemic results in restored high approval ratings, the Trumplicans are finished. That likely explains their effort to fan the flames where COVID is concerned, keeping the crisis alive. They need Joe to fail.

Joe's hitting them hard, speaking for the majority and making it clear that we've run out of patience and are fed up with their bullshit. And there's no Trumplican alive who can make a credible plea that Joe's guilty of intolerable authoritarianism. Not after the Dump.

Speaking of the Dump, it's almost laughable that he's spending the twentieth anniversary of the 9/11 attack doing commentary on pay-per-view TV coverage of boxing featuring old timers like Evander Holyfield. The Dump was out of his element in the White House or attending international conferences with world leaders. Running his mouth on some shitty, sleazy, fourth-rate TV boxing match is the sort of stuff he was born to do.

It has often occurred in my life that the best things that happened to me came at the end of what seemed like an endless waiting period. With that in mind, to get the desired results in court, it may take plenty of time to build the criminal cases against the people behind the 1/6 insurrection and attack on Congress.

 According to an online newsletter I receive daily from The Washington Post, the COVID pandemic of 2020 has been essentially replaced by the delta pandemic, which accounts for about 94 percent of all new infections. The anti-vax and anti-mask losers will keep me living in virtual quarantine indefinitely.

Juanita Jean's blog is discussing the blatant corruption in Texas government, and as usual, Greg Abbott is right in the middle of everything. One of many things to hate about Texas is that virtually the entire state government is controlled by scumbags elected by morons.

Two words that both describe and explain today's RepubliQAn Party? Scared and stupid. 

Added 11:55 AM Friday 23 July: Here's a step in the right direction that's better late than never. Kay Ivey, the (R) governor of Alabama, leads a state in which the COVID vaccination rate is less than 34 percent. She's making it clear that the people who aren't yet vaccinated are the problem in Alabama, and need to get with the program. 

Q NOTES # 469: Short Cuts 5

It's been pleasantly refreshing to be rid of former guy's AG, Billy (Booger) Barr, for a few months. The new AG isn't perfect but Garland is about a million times better than Booger. At any rate, Booger has resurfaced in an interview with statements that are much more than a day late and a dollar short. This stuff might have earned him a few bonus points last November, but not at this stage of the game.

Update, from Wonkette: The advantage in having the media hyping DeSantis as the leader for the 2024 nomination is that Cheez Doodle's head might explode sooner rather than later.
