Ted Cruz has a new gimmick: abolishing the Internal Revenue Service. Ted learned last year there's no price to be paid at the polls for outrageous, inflammatory statements and conduct; in fact, Republican voters demand them. All a conservative needs to do to win elections in Texas is memorize some essential code words and a short list of hot-button issues. Blowing a few dog whistles and voter ignorance will take care of the rest.
