Add Michele Bachmann's name to the list of House Republicans who claim they won't vote for any increase in the debt ceiling any time, any place, anyhow. These are the kinds of claims you can make when (a) you have a misguided obsession about becoming President, and (b) the only people who will vote for you are as crazy as shithouse rats, and (c) you know that regardless of how YOU vote on the bill, the sane people will eventually work out a settlement and you will NEVER have to suffer the consequences of your ridiculous bullshit.
