I've been trying to keep an eye on the financial woes the Big Three U.S. automakers are experiencing. There's one school of thought indicating if all three go down, the total impact on the overall economy will be devastating. The other school of thought, held by most Republicans, is that it's far more important to bust the labor unions than rescue the organizations with bailout money. Apparently, the Repubs haven't read about the first school of thought, don't believe it, or don't give a flying fuck.
Anyway, an article in today's local newspaper quotes W as saying he wants to settle the issue because he doesn't want to leave a mess for President Obama. Whaaaaa--- ? This has to go into the books as one of the most incredibly dumbass things that have come out of that fool's mouth, and there've been a slew of 'em.
