Braindead

There continues to be a lot of discussion on the internet about Barry's recent movement toward the middle of the road, now that the real campaign is underway. Lots of Dems pulling their hair out by the fistful, wailing and fuming about the great betrayal of their philosophical principles. It's amazing how many of them still believe hardcore liberalism is a real winner for the Democratic Party.

Obama looks into the mirror every morning and sees the main reason why the deck is heavily stacked against him ever being elected president. If he got every Democratic vote in the country, he'd still need a healthy chunk of moderate independents to have even a remote chance of getting 270 Electoral College votes. He's not going to get those by trying to out-Nader Nader and out-Kucinich Kucinich.

The name of the game is first, try to get elected, then work on cleaning up the mess Jorge's leaving behind. How hard can it be to grasp that simple concept ? Many people can't seem to. Instead, they piss and moan and threaten to stay home on election day because Obama's not liberal enough. That's just what Ace is hoping for. And next January, when Ace is being sworn in, the Dems will be blaming everyone except themselves. What a bunch of braindead losers.
