Lone Star Daze

There are some things I like about Texas, but a lot more things that make me want to puke my guts up. I hate the weather in Texas because most of the time, it's too damned hot or too damned cold. It's either too damned wet (floods) or too damned dry (drought). Then, as if the weather wasn't disgusting enough, the politics in Texas are total shit. The most recent example of shitty Texas politics is the failure of the state senate to remove corrupt AG Kenny Boy Paxton through the impeachment process. Start with Greg Abutt, Danny (Goeb) Patrick and Paxton, then add Rafael (Ted) Cruz, John (Cornhole) Cornyn, and every other MAGA moron occupying an elected office in federal or state government. MAGA politicians in Texas are as rotten and ineffective as those in other red state shitholes (think Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma, etc) and worse than most.
