Before the 11/8 election, the conventional wisdom was that a red wave would give MAGA Monkeys full control of Congress. This expectation was based on decades of historical precedents and polls showing Joe's job approval in the 40% range.
Although it now appears the MAGA Monkeys will gain a very narrow House majority, they'll remain a minority in the Senate, and Democrats won a lot of important races in state governments. Analysis of the midterm dynamics is underway, and it's becoming evident that for many voters, the election was a referendum on WOE (the Waste of Excrement), whose need for attention has kept him in the media spotlight for two years since his 2020 defeat.
The longer MAGA Monkeys try to replace American democracy with blatant fascism, the longer they'll be carrying the burden of WOE.
