At a time of the year when we're expected to be thankful for blessings we've received in our lives, the main news story concerns the emergence of still another COVID variant called omicron, and it's supposed to be the worst one yet. That alone would be enough to put a damper on thankfulness. Making an ugly situation even worse, propaganda minister Stephen Miller, who embodies Nazi evil, is yammering about how much better it would be if Donno Guano was still around to manage the crisis.
It's one measurement of his insanity that Miller is suggesting Guano could do anything better than Joe's doing it.
While I'm musing on the topics of insanity and the latest variant, the newest right-wing conspiracy theory would almost be comical if I didn't despise those assholes so much.
PS @ 11:42 PM Sunday: Tough break for Texas. Matthew McConaughey announced that he'll postpone his pursuit of the state governorship for the time being. Could he have won the election? I have no idea, but there's no doubt he'd be a better governor than the worthless political hack who currently occupies the position. A lot of people would be.
