Hucklebuck Sanders, one of several really repulsive women filling desk space in Donnie Hump's traveling flea circus, argues that members of Congress who are demanding the piss stain's tax returns lack the intelligence to understand them. That sounds like a line Donnie came up with all by himself, and ordered Hucklebuck to work into her next TV interview.
