The first rule a parent must learn: Never reward your kid for behaving like a spoiled brat unless you want to live with a spoiled brat 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I imagine Madam Speaker has followed this rule in her own family, and won't be inclined to reward the spoiled brat in the White House.
