Post Pattern

Here's the pattern I see emerging:

• Something happens. 
• Willard responds by saying stupid or irresponsible or untrue things. 
• Things backfire when his stupid, irresponsible lies spread like wildfire and people start wondering "What is his fucking problem?" 
• Willard hastily tries to change the subject.

How many times has this happened in the last six months? The last month? The last week?
