Q NOTES 276: Messages

Democrats are constantly criticizing themselves, unlike Republicans who are totally oblivious when it comes to awareness of their own deficiencies. One of the major points of (D) self-admonishment is their ineffective outreach to conservative rural voters, who have tended to swarm to Cheez Doodle in the two most recent elections. The argument seems to be that Democrats must tailor the party's message to appeal to this segment of the population.

The flaw that I see in this approach is that the message that really locks down the country bumpkins, hillbillies, rednecks and shit kickers is the message they're getting from Cheezy, which is pretty reactionary. So how can the (D) Party deliver a message that will win over Cheezy's voters without alienating the millions of voters they already have? Sometimes trying to appeal to everybody is a risky proposition.

Jen O'Malley Dillon is headed for a job in Joe's White House (deputy chief of staff). Her latest message isn't going over well with the (R) people, whose selective sensitivity is totally predictable. Personally, I think Dillon shouldn't have left off the "mother-" part.

The (R) people only believe election irregularities should be investigated when a (D) wins the election. Meanwhile in Georgia, there seems to be voter interest in the Senate runoff election.

Update 6:21 PM: Of course CNN fell for it again. At one time, I had CNN rated as the only cable news channel worth watching, but that was long ago. Today they reported the urgent breaking news that Cheez Doodle is toying with the idea of staying right where he is, in the White House, until some undetermined future date. This is the kind of bullshit that Cheezy leaks to the gullible press whenever he thinks they aren't giving him the undivided attention he deserves. He's been doing it since 2015, and it always works.
