I updated the Basic Stupidity Rate (BSR) calculations for the United States and Texas using data from archives of the federal government for the presidential elections held between 2000 and 2012. The national BSR is 47.809 percent, but the Texas BSR is a whopping 10.44 percent higher (58.25 percent). That explains a lot. For example, it explains why this sleazy piece of shit is in the U.S. Senate.
It explains why this pussy is a state senator and could be the next Lt. Governor of Texas.
And it explains how someone like this asshole could serve as a U.S. Representative.
